Java is an object-oriented, class-based, concurrent, secured and programming language. It is a general-purpose computer programming language which is widely used in robust technology.
But the fact is that it is not a 100% object-oriented programming language.

2. static keyword:
You can access the static members and behaviour without making the object of the class.
